A collapsable 20 inch night-stick was found in the rappers luggage as he boarded a flight to New York in September. A warrant for his was issued whilst Snoop was in Copenhagen performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
“He either turns himself in or he gets picked up by law enforcement,” said a spokeswoman for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
However, Snoops lawyer said “These charges are bogus. The District Attorney knows that, […] If this goes to trial, we will win.”.
The baton was supposedly a prop for a movie.
