Thursday, February 1st, 2007A shocked Bangkok bore witness to an ice-cream vendor being shot three times in the back of his head and then decapitated as he rode his cart in Thailand’s rebellious Muslim south.
“They chopped his head off and walked away with it, leaving his body sitting on the ice cream bike’s seat,” said a Pattani policeman.
“Under current circumstances, he shouldn’t have ventured into such a village,”
