Tornado Strikes London. Destroys Street. Is Hired By Local Council.

Thursday, December 7th, 2006

Big storm clouds covered the city of London today as thunder and lightning proceeded to smite anyone unfortunate enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. There was a lot of rain too. Of particular note was the tornado which touch down in Kensal Rise, north-west London. One man suffered a major head injury whilst five others were treated for minor injuries and shock. No cows were reported seen during the incident.

A witness said “It was really, really incredible. All of a sudden I saw a swirl starting to form and then, it was amazing, but it then touched land.

“I then saw clumps of all sorts of things flying into air.

“It went from exciting to terrifying.”

At least Transport for London has a new excuse as to why your bus is now 3 hours late.
