Speed Camera Arsonist Gets Jail

Most people who get caught by speed cameras just curse the abominations and await their fine and points in the mail. But not in Hyde, Greater Manchester.

Craig Moore, 28, of Thorne, Doncaster, was caught by a Watchman camera last August while driving his work vehicle.

Instead of just accepting his fate, he returned later with a supply of thermite (a powdered mixture of aluminium and iron oxide) and proceeded to obliterate that which causeth misery to thine kingdom. Unfortunately for Craig, police were able to use the vans tracking device to place him at the scene of the crime. He received 4 months in jail.
