I hereby name this child ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports
Monday, October 9th, 2006A Mississippi woman, Leann Real, promised her sports mad husband that should they ever have a son he could name him. Bad move.
Rusty Real decide to call his son E-S-P-N (although pronounced ESPEN) after the the sports channel, and Montana after the football legend Joe Montana. Although ESPN Montana Real is not the only holder of the sports channel as a name.
Three others were cited in a 2005 Web story about the network’s 25th anniversary. They are Espn Malachi McCall in Pampa, Texas; Espn Curiel in Corpus Christi, Texas; and Espn Blondeel in Michigan.
